Hiker-only Jeffco park on Golden Gate Canyon Road: nearly five miles of steep, rocky trail and a 1.6-mile loop around the top of the 7,260-foot peak, with views over Golden and the plains.
Mount Galbraith Park is a hiker-only Jefferson County Parks & Open Space park with nearly five miles of steep, rocky trail. The views take in Golden, the plains and the Continental Divide, and the Mt. Galbraith Loop circles 1.6 miles around the top of the 7,260-foot peak. The trailhead is at 21992 Golden Gate Canyon Road.
