Miners Saloon is a modern saloon modeled on Golden’s mining days of the late 1800s, with a lighted onyx bar and two fireplaces. It pours from 24 taps, including its own Miners Margarita and a nitro cold brew coffee, and carries more than 50 beers in bottles and cans, along with scotch, whiskey, a craft cocktail menu and a wine list.
The kitchen serves shared platters, small plates, paninis, soups, salads and desserts, and makes much of the menu in house, including venison, boar and bison sausage. The patio faces the foothills, and a full garage door and a half garage door open the bar to the outside.
