Mines professor and Denver journalist Jamie Siebrase reads from her book Trail Therapy: Finding Wholeness in Nature, then leads a discussion of the science behind time outdoors and how writers and researchers can use it in their own work. She is a trained naturalist, reviews books for The Denver Post and has written five books.
