Golden Cemetery Tour
Historian and storyteller Barb Warden leads a walk among the graves of Golden’s early characters at the City-owned cemetery, where Colorado Transcript founder George West and Astor House builder Seth Lake are buried. Tours start and end at the cemetery at 11 am and 1 pm; registration is required through the City’s WebTrac. The museum says the tour is popular, so book early, and that it goes ahead rain or shine.
